All EmmerSan products have a warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty period is stipulated below each product. Our stainless steel sinks have a 25 year warranty! If the item has broken or malfunctioned within the warranty period, we will then arrange a courier to uplift the item so that we can assess the issue. We will then either replace the item or issue a refund based on our analysis of the returned product. However, if the product has malfunctioned or has been damaged due to an installation error, then the warranty shall be void.

This unit comes with a 10 year warranty on the body and 1 year on the cartridge

Quarter turn 1 (one) tap hole basin mixer with a cast spout. Comes with fixations for mounting onto a basin or counter top. Comes with 375mm long flexible hose's with 15mm (half inch) water connection. This quarter turn basin mixer also comes with a pop up waste.

EmmerSan's Astra range gives the user quick response to hot or cold water with its unique quarter turn function. A simple clock or anti-clock turn gives you instant water.

NB: It is important to note that this mixer only works on a high pressure balanced water system. This mixer will work on a pressure rating of 200KPA and up. If this mixer is installed on a water system with a pressure rating lower than 200KPA, it will not function correctly.
