Shipping, Returns & Refunds


We send all orders using door-to-door courier delivery. There is no shipping fee. Please be advised that although you may shop on our store, your order will only be fulfilled after the 10th of January 2022. 

We have multiple warehouse in the larger cities. Orders within major cities will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders outside of major cities/regional areas may take up to 10 working days.


Please contact us to arrange a return. If the item has broken within warranty period, we will then arrange a courier to uplift the item so that we can assess the issue. We will then either replace the item or issue a refund.


If you decide that you no longer require an item, then please note that we can only issue a refund if the packaging is unopened & the item is unused. In this instance please understand we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue the refund once we have received the item & assessed its condition. 

When issuing a refund we will process the refund back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take 7 days to reflect in your account.
